“ I visit this restaurant almost every time I go to Fukuoka. Not only is the food excellent, but the hospitality of the chef, landlady, and all the staff, as well as the warm atmosphere, are all top-notch!! This is a rare restaurant where you can especially feel the personalities of the chef and landlady, making you feel happy. The chef's love and passion for his food is incredible...the food that comes out is always a surprise and delicious delight, making both my body and mind happy! It's always busy, so reservations are a must. They have a wide selection of alcohol, so you can enjoy pairing your drink with your food. This restaurant always energizes me with the delicious happiness and joy of having had a good time. I'd definitely like to visit again the next time I'm in Fukuoka. ”

“ Each dish in the course is small, but there are quite a lot of dishes. Everything is elaborately prepared and delicious. The location is quite difficult to find. ”

“ I made a reservation because I wanted to eat snow crab. Unfortunately, they didn't have crab. All the fish dishes were delicious and the chef was kind. I'd definitely go back to this restaurant if I come to Hakata again. ”

“ I called around 7pm on a Saturday night and was told they could come around 8:15pm, so I went. It was my second time, so I couldn't eat much, but everything was delicious. Oysters: 1,200 yen each Tempura platter: about 1,800 yen Seared dried mullet roe: about 1,600 yen Shiitake mushrooms stuffed with minced chicken: 750 yen Proprietress's plum wine: 600 yen x 3 glasses Annou sweet potato shochu: about 800 yen? My friend said the rock oysters were very creamy and the best he'd ever eaten! The shiitake mushrooms stuffed with minced chicken were also generous and freshly made, and delicious. And as for the alcohol, the proprietress's plum wine was incredibly refreshing and easy to drink! Even my friend, who doesn't like plum wine, took a sip and raved about how delicious it was! I was really interested in the ramen and sushi for the final course, but I didn't have enough room in my stomach, so next time I'll make that my first stop. ”

“ This restaurant serves delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. The food, prepared by the chef right in front of you, is truly exquisite. The sake named after the restaurant is also delicious, so be sure to order it if you visit. The fish is fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. I think it's difficult to get in without a reservation. The entrance is a little hard to find, but it's located up a flight of stairs. Credit cards are accepted! AMEX and other cards are accepted. (Credit cards accepted) ”

“ Located on the second floor of Central Park Tower, Nishinakasu Shinshin, a renowned restaurant in Nishinakasu, offers delicious seasonal ingredients with exceptional skill. The menu includes sushi, asparagus tofu, nigiri sushi, monkfish liver, vinegared sea cucumber, soft-boiled octopus, sashimi, dried mullet roe and daikon radish, grilled abalone shellfish, grilled conger eel, oysters in thick sauce, tempura, fish simmered in fish sauce, chicken soup ramen, and fruit for a finale. It was delicious, as expected*\(^o^)/* From start to finish, the food was nonstop, surprising and delicious. The only downside was that the sake flowed too quickly (*^◯^*) Revisited for a birthday celebration ”
